UWF 130 SERVO Universal Milling Machine is an industrial metal milling machine equipped with a servo feed drive, automatic table movement in three axes and spindles with an ISO 40 taper. The 1370x320mm worktable, 1000mm longitudinal travel and 360° swivelling head provide a wide range of applications in toolrooms, production facilities and maintenance departments.

The UWF 130 SERVO model has been designed for professional machining applications requiring structural stability and precise table guidance. The cast-iron body reduces the effect of vibrations during milling, while the 10Nm / 1.5kW feed servomotor supports controlled movement of the working assemblies.

Automatic feeds in the X, Y and Z axes and rapid traverses improve workpiece positioning. The feed range is (8) 30 - 830mm/min in the X and Y axes and (8) 23 - 625mm/min in the Z axis, allowing the travel speed to be selected according to the material being machined and the type of operation.

Two ISO 40 spindles and a wide cutting speed range

The UWF 130 SERVO industrial milling machine uses vertical and horizontal spindles with an ISO 40 taper. The horizontal spindle offers 12 speeds in the range of 35 - 1500rpm, while the vertical spindle provides 11 speeds from 45 to 1660rpm. Both spindles are driven by 4.0kW motors.

This configuration allows the operating setup to be matched to the type of tool, material and direction of the machining operation. The distance between the vertical spindle and the table is 30 - 430mm, while the distance between the spindle and the column is 305 - 805mm, increasing workpiece positioning possibilities.

Tilting table and 360° head

The table tilts from -45° to +45°, while the milling head rotates through 360°, allowing machining at different angles without the need for additional solutions for each change of working plane. Three T-slots with a width of 14mm and spacing of 80mm allow stable mounting of vices and tooling.

Precision, SERVO feed and machining efficiency

The longitudinal table travel is 1000mm, the cross travel is 360mm, and the vertical travel is 400mm. Rapid feeds reach 1000mm/min in the X and Y axes and 750mm/min in the Z axis. These parameters improve changes in working position and reduce auxiliary movement time between successive milling operations.

The cooling system is equipped with a 90W pump providing a capacity of 25L/min. Supplying coolant to the cutting zone supports heat dissipation during machining and improves tool operating conditions.
