The FU1800 combines the capabilities of industrial universal milling machines with an advanced feed system. Powerful servo motors enable stepless feed speed adjustment, allowing the operator to precisely match table movement parameters to the tool, material and type of operation being performed. The FU1800 construction is designed for professional use in machining facilities. X- and Y-axis feed is adjustable within the range of 25~800mm/min, while the Z-axis feed range is 8~267mm/min. The vertical spindle operates at 50-1520rpm, while the horizontal spindle operates at 60-1850rpm. Twelve speed steps for each spindle enable the cutting conditions to be selected according to the tool diameter and workpiece material.
