Cobalt drill bit set

Our range includes three types of cobalt drill bit sets:

1. Set 1-10 HSSCo 19 pieces
2. Set 1-10 HSSE TiN 19 pieces
3. Set 1-13 HSSE TiN 25 pcs

Cobalt drill bits are made of high-speed steel (HSS) with 5% cobalt (Co5%). This makes them exceptionally resistant to high temperatures, which is particularly important when drilling into hard materials such as stainless steel or acid-resistant steel. The TiN (titanium nitride) coating further increases their durability by reducing friction and preventing corrosion.

Features of our cobalt drill bits: cylindrical shank; double-ground; 131° cutting angle; H8 tolerance class; drilling direction: right-hand.

Set of ground drill bits

Another option is our range of ground drill bits, available in sizes from 14.5 to 30 mm. These drill bits are distinguished by their high precision and resistance to elevated temperatures. This makes them ideal for professional applications.

Features of CORMAK ground drill bits: made from high-speed steel (HSS); Morse taper shank; double-ground; high tolerance class H8; drilling direction: right-hand.

The set consists of 9 DIN345 NWKc drill bits with diameters ranging from 14.5 mm to 30 mm, total lengths from 212 mm to 296 mm, and working lengths from 114 mm to 175 mm. Like cobalt drill bits, they are suitable for drilling in structural steel, tool steel and stainless steel; they can also be used on non-ferrous metals and other high-hardness materials.
