Machine description

Professional, powerful, and efficient metal bandsaw with a 45° swivel arm, model CORMAK BS712SW, based on proven engineering solutions, making it unrivalled in its class.

The arm, made of profiled spheroidal cast iron, ensures rigidity during operation and effectively absorbs vibrations. The control panel is located on the saw arm. The machine offers high performance and simple operation. It allows cutting in the VERTICAL plane and perpendicular to the axis of the workpiece, or at any angle between 45° and 90°. The material can be fed manually or using any feeding device. The feed during cutting operates by gravity, based on the oil flow within a dual-chamber hydraulic cylinder. The desired arm lowering speed is achieved by adjusting the valve that regulates the oil flow between the chambers.

The massive, stable, and precisely engineered structure, together with the arm made of a single cast-iron piece, provides exceptional rigidity and stability during cutting, ensuring high cutting precision and long-lasting reliability. The design and use of a 20mm-wide blade enable full multi-series cutting of both profiles and solid materials. The required linear speed of the blade is achieved by changing the belt pulley ratio between the worm gearbox and the drive motor.
