The CORMAK Q20-6 2000kg Li-Ion electric pallet truck with side support wheels is designed for transporting pallets in warehouses, wholesale facilities and manufacturing plants. Electric travel and lifting reduce operator effort, while additional side support wheels improve truck stability during travel and manoeuvring.

Construction and running gear – 1150mm forks and polyurethane wheels

The Q20-6 electric pallet truck is equipped with 1150mm long forks with an overall outside width of 550mm. In the lowered position, the forks are 80mm above the ground, allowing them to be inserted beneath a pallet, while the raised fork height is 195mm. Polyurethane wheels and side support points assist with guiding the truck during daily transport operations.

48V/10Ah Li-Ion battery

Power is supplied by a 48V lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 10Ah. Operating time is up to 3 hours on a single charge, while charging takes approximately 2.5 hours. These parameters allow battery charging to be incorporated into the internal transport schedule.

Operating efficiency and manoeuvring with loads

The 2000kg electric pallet truck reaches a speed of 4km/h when laden and 4.5km/h when unladen. The electric drive makes repetitive journeys between pallet collection and delivery points more efficient. Overall dimensions of 1700 × 550 × 1250mm can be taken into account when planning transport routes and pallet placement areas.
