Electric Pallet Truck CORMAK Q20-6 with Side Support Wheels – 2000kg Li-Ion (Electric Lifting and Travel)

The CORMAK Q20-6 2000kg Li-Ion electric pallet truck with side support wheels combines electric handling of heavy pallets with an increased energy reserve for daily operations. This configuration features a large 48V/20Ah lithium-ion battery, equivalent to a 24V/40Ah battery. This provides twice the energy of the 48V/10Ah version, allowing longer operating periods between charges under comparable working conditions.

When turning frequently and adjusting fork positions, adequate support is particularly important. Side support wheels help reduce lateral tilting, supporting the truck when changing direction. This makes it easier to manoeuvre the loaded pallet truck when approaching a workstation and moving a pallet onto a transport route.

Electric pallet handling from pickup to placement

The Q20-6 eliminates two of the most physically demanding aspects of operating a manual pallet truck: moving heavy loads by muscle power and pumping the tiller. Both travel and lifting are electrically powered, allowing the operator to focus on guiding the truck and positioning the pallet. This benefit is particularly noticeable when these operations are repeated frequently.

Energy reserve for successive transport tasks

The Li-Ion battery provides up to 6 hours of operation on a single charge, depending on the load and intensity of use. The increased capacity is useful where the truck serves several workstations or makes numerous trips throughout the day. Charging takes approximately 5 hours.

Fork dimensions and manoeuvrability

Forks measuring 1150mm in length with an overall outside width of 550mm provide support when lifting and transporting pallets. The 1300mm turning radius makes it easier to adjust the truck's position before picking up a load. The running gear uses polyurethane wheels, while braking is provided by an electromagnetic brake.
