Construction and technological solutions

The machine body is made of high-quality cast iron, designed to effectively damp vibrations generated during machining. As a result, the conventional lathe maintains high stability even when turning harder materials. The 100mm wide bed is equipped with hardened guideways, ensuring long-term carriage guiding accuracy.

The spindle, mounted on precision tapered bearings, has an MK5 taper and a through bore with a diameter of 38mm. Continuously variable speed control eliminates the need for frequent gear changes, significantly improving operator efficiency. Electronic control and a digital LCD display enable quick adjustment of suitable parameters for each type of material.

The carriage provides smooth movement and precise tool guidance, while the tailstock equipped with an MK2 taper allows convenient support of long shafts and use with additional tools.

An additional advantage of the lathe is the drip tray for coolant and swarf, which helps keep the workstation clean during machining. The design effectively drains coolant and collects generated swarf, limiting its spread around the machine.
