Construction and technology

The PT410 is built on a heavy-duty welded frame with ground cast-iron tables for perfect alignment. The 1660 mm planer tables ensure smooth and accurate material feed. The cutterhead operates at 5500 rpm and is fitted with three precision HSS knives (410 × 25 × 3 mm), producing an excellent surface finish in a single pass. A 120 mm dust extraction port guarantees efficient chip removal, essential for continuous operation.

Precision and performance

The PT410 allows planing thicknesses from 5 to 225 mm with a maximum cutting depth of 3.5 mm in thicknessing mode. A feed speed of 7 m/min ensures fast and efficient material processing. The precision height scale and ergonomically positioned handwheel on the right-hand side give the operator full control over cutting parameters.
