The MYS1632 AUTO surface grinding machine is an industrial metal grinding machine designed for precision machining of flat surfaces in production facilities, toolrooms and maintenance departments. The MYS1632 AUTO model has been designed for grinding surfaces requiring precise table guidance and accurate control of the grinding wheel position. The worktable surface measures 915x400mm, while the maximum table travel is 760x480mm. The 800x400mm magnetic chuck provides a large clamping area for ferromagnetic workpieces during grinding.

The maximum distance between the table and the spindle axis is 525mm, while the distance between the magnetic chuck and the spindle axis is 440mm. These parameters allow workpieces of various heights to be machined and suitable tooling to be used.

Precise MPG cross and vertical feed

The cross-feed handwheel feed is 4mm/rev., with a graduation of 0.02mm, allowing precise control of the setting when preparing the grinding process.

Vertical feed is controlled using the MPG. The available movement values allow switching from positioning movements to precise infeed during finishing operations. The system is driven by a 0.75kW servo motor.

4.0kW spindle and 350x127x40mm grinding wheel

The grinding wheel is driven by a 4.0kW spindle motor. At a frequency of 50Hz, the wheel speed is 1450, and the grinding wheel used has dimensions of 350x127x40mm.

The coolant system assists in removing heat from the contact zone between the grinding wheel and the workpiece, reducing the influence of temperature on process conditions.

Hydraulic system and coolant system

The MYS1632 AUTO magnetic surface grinding machine is equipped with a hydraulic power unit driven by a 2.2kW motor. The oil tank has a capacity of 80L, while the coolant pump has a power rating of 0.09kW.
