Hydraulic CNC Press Brake CORMAK CNC SERVO EURO PB 63x2000
CORMAK press brakes are advanced machines designed for precise sheet metal bending using appropriately selected punches and dies. Our range includes models equipped with CORMAK CR-41 controllers, offering a wide range of functions for even the most demanding bending operations.
The configuration presented is the one most frequently selected by customers – a proven and efficient choice for series production.
Main Features:
- Front supports: 2 units on linear guides, ensuring stability during bending operations
- Backgauge adjustment (X-axis): automatic
- Beam adjustment (Y1, Y2 axes): automatic
- Backgauge finger height adjustment (R-axis): manual (servo drive option*)
- Double-sided punch mounting: quick-clamping AMADA system, enabling rapid tool changes
Available configurations are tailored to production requirements and the types of workpieces being processed – machine specifications are determined individually according to the application and technological requirements.

Manual or automatic backgauge height adjustment. The R-axis facilitates bending larger radii, for example using step bending.

To achieve a satisfactory result in step bending, certain calculations are required. These depend on several key parameters related to the bending process:
- Arc length – the distance between the ends of the curved section of the sheet metal, measured along the inside of the bend;
- Number of bends – the number of individual bending operations required to produce a sheet metal component with a specified radius; the greater the number of bends, the smaller the angle of each individual bend and the smoother the resulting arc;
- Distance between bends – the spacing between individual bends made during the process.
Although the entire step bending process may seem relatively complex, CORMAK machines and software are sufficiently advanced to handle many aspects of the process automatically, reducing the operator's workload.
Automatic Crowning Compensation
Maintains a consistent bending angle along the entire bending length – (option*)
Manual Crowning Compensation (option*)
Maintains a consistent bending angle along the entire bending length – (option*)

High-Quality Components:
- Electrical system components from Schneider/Delta/Eaton

Control and Functionality:

CR-41 CNC
- Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen mounted on a movable arm, allowing convenient operation throughout the machine's working area
- Programmability: storage of up to 2,000 programs, each containing 30 steps, allowing flexible adaptation to different tasks
- Ergonomic Operation: an intuitive menu with English abbreviations makes it easy to become familiar with machine operation
The machine combines advanced technology with ease of operation, making it an ideal choice for both precise manual tasks and efficient series production. High-quality components and advanced safety features ensure reliability and operational safety.
Safety
Laser Safety System
Our machines are equipped as standard with a high-grade laser safety system that protects the operator and more than doubles the speed of the bending process.

We do not compromise on safety! High-grade hydraulic connections and safety valves.

Beware of inadequate safety solutions such as light barriers or light curtains, which may not comply with CE requirements and may put workers' health at risk. As an employer, you are responsible for your employees' safety!
CE-Compliant Safety Guards

Ergonomics and Additional Features:
- Movable Controller on an Adjustable Arm
- LED Lighting: improves operating comfort and safety
- Supports on Linear Guides
We prioritise the safety of our customers and their teams, which is why our press brakes are equipped with a range of advanced safety features. These include clear safety markings, side guards, a rear safety gate and easily accessible emergency stop switches.
Each machine is supplied with a clear and detailed user manual.
The fact that a machine has a CE declaration does not automatically mean it is safe. The safety systems fitted to the machine are what matter!

SCO – Oil Cooling System
Our standard equipment includes a system that ensures stable machine operating parameters even after prolonged continuous use.
Punch and Die Mounting:
- Segmented multi-V four-sided dies and segmented punches supplied as standard
- The standard system used in CORMAK press brakes is a manual European-style AMADA system, allowing rapid tool changes
- Punches are inserted from the side of the machine and secured with screws
Selecting the Die and Punch
Selecting the appropriate press brake tooling, including the die and punch, is also essential for achieving the desired final result.
CORMAK press brakes continuously measure bending parameters and can, for example, correct deviations during the process to achieve the best possible result.

Depending on the press brake's bending force, segmented punches and dies may vary in length.
