CORMAK SM150D is an industrial belt grinder designed for intensive grinding of metal components. The machine enables rough and finish grinding, surface levelling, and grinding of edges and welds. It is suitable for production facilities, toolrooms, metalworking workshops and welding workshops.

The 2.8kW motor and wide grinding belt measuring 150 × 2,000mm provide a large contact area with the workpiece. Two belt speeds – 14.5 and 29m/s – allow the grinding process to be adapted to the material type and the required finish.

Two Grinding Speeds

The two-speed drive enables quick adjustment of operating parameters. The lower speed is suitable for more precise finish grinding, while the higher speed allows intensive material removal. The motor speed is 1,400 or 2,800rpm, respectively.

Integrated Extraction System

The belt grinder is equipped with an integrated extraction system featuring a collection bag and two extraction ports with a diameter of 100mm. This system helps remove dust and swarf generated during grinding, reducing their accumulation around the workstation.
