Main features:

The integrated feeder for automatic repeat cutting is 1500 mm long (optionally available up to 3000 mm) with a feed system based on ball screws driven by an electric motor. The drive is transferred via a gear transmission. The feeder is equipped with an integrated roller table that supports the material during feeding towards the blade.

The feeder vice has jaws that open on both sides, which makes it easy to load uneven elements.

The machine is equipped with an electro-welded cutting frame of large thickness and a blade inclined at 5°, which ensures high cutting efficiency even with larger cross-sections and constant, regular penetration of the blade into the material.

The 10-inch touch screen allows full access to all machine settings and parameters thanks to an easy and intuitive interface. It is possible to program up to 99 cutting programs with 30 cutting lines, each with different lengths and quantities.

The CNC system allows full control of machine operations, including automatic calculation of blade thickness, machine and blade status, cutting preview on the display, management and modification of cutting parameters, number of elements and cutting length. CNC and touch screen also provide diagnostic information (self-test).

Two hydraulic regulators (located on the control panel) control the cutting frame descent speed and the blade insertion speed.

The frame descent speed is displayed in mm/min to facilitate the operator's adjustment of cutting parameters.

H 1200 is equipped with an additional support roller on the loading side and another on the unloading side, which facilitates material feed.

Possibility to connect the machine to the company network to improve the work process and workflow, transforming it into a professional tool for Industry 4.0.

SAWProgram is a dedicated software that allows you to create and modify cutting programs on a PC and send them directly to the cutting machine.

SAWFactory is a web application that allows you to access the machine from any device (computer, tablet, phone), download production data and monitor the status machines.

Low energy consumption hydraulic unit – automatically switches off when not needed.
