Main features:

• Innovative 7” touch screen with CNC system, easy to use, simple and intuitive interface, allowing to save up to 99 cutting programs and 10 lengths on the same bar.

• The numerical control based interface gives the user full control over all machine settings, optimizing the production process. The display shows, among others, the thickness of the cut material, the belt speed, the cutting lengths, the number of pieces and the feeder offsets.

• H 601 NC has an integrated material feeder with a single 550 mm feed, driven by a motor with a recirculating ball screw, an encoder and an anti-slip system. The loading flap opens on both sides to a height of 2600 mm, which also allows loading non-straight bars.

• The design of the cutting arm reduces vibrations and resistance during cutting, increasing efficiency and optimizing the process, especially with larger cross-sections or solid materials. It has a blade inclined by 5°, a thick, welded frame with a belt tension of up to 2000 kg/cm².

• The machine has a large working surface supported by a central point with rolling bearings. Positioning is facilitated by a scale, thanks to which the operator can easily set the correct cutting angle. Cutting accuracy is guaranteed by a new slot system, in which the blade is located exactly in the center of the machine.

• The machine is equipped with an additional loading roller, adapted to heavy materials. This roller is mounted in a strong and rigid structure, which improves support even for large profiles.

• The mechanical material detector allows fast approach of the blade to the material. Automatically detects the beginning of the cut and is managed by a microswitch on the blade carriage. When the saw is not cutting (e.g. in the case of backlash), feed optimization is activated. The band is aligned by hard metal guides and bearings, and the band is cleaned by a nylon fiber brush.

• The machine can be connected to the company network and operated remotely thanks to the SAWProgram software and a modem. SAWProgram allows you to set and manage cutting programs from the office. Thanks to SAWFactory - a web application, the user has access to production data and machine status and can download and analyze them remotely.
