Main features:

• VELOX machines feature a cast iron cutting head made in one block, which helps reduce vibrations during cutting and prevents jamming. The vertical pneumatic cylinder ensures easy material positioning, which improves the quality of the operator's work.

• Operator safety is ensured by a full blade guard that protects the blade during operation. The machine is equipped with a chip conveyor to remove material residue from the work area. Adjustable length limiter.

• The machine is available in two versions depending on the type of material feeder: you can choose a belt drive (F500/F2000) or piston drive (F500). In both versions, the minimum waste is only 30 mm, making this machine ideal for the serial production of lightweight components.

Version with pneumatic piston:

• This version uses an LCD display with a keyboard to control the work cycle and set the main parameters and programs. The control panel also allows for self-diagnosis and detection of errors that could disrupt the machine's operation.

• The material feeder is driven by a pneumatic cylinder with an electronic stepper motor and an encoder. Maximum stroke 550 mm, minimum waste 30 mm and the possibility of setting different cutting lengths.

• This version provides high feed speed and high cut repeatability, recommended for users who need to cut a large number of elements from one bar, with only a few different lengths.

Version with belt drive:

• This version is equipped with a 7” touch screen, which allows easy management of all machine operating parameters with just a few clicks. The innovative interface allows easy management of cutting programs and different cutting lengths on one bar.

• The integrated automatic feeder is driven by an electric motor with a transmission belt and an encoder and brake. Maximum stroke 520 mm (option 1250 mm), minimal waste 30 mm.

• The belt version has a lower speed than the piston version, but is better suited for cutting many different lengths from one bar.

• The touch screen also allows access to INDUSTRY 4.0 READY - this allows you to connect the machine to the company network and remotely manage cutting, transforming any factory into an industry 4.0 plant thanks to SAWprogram and SAWfactory.

SAWfactory:

Thanks to SAWprogram, dedicated software, the user can create and modify cutting programs directly from a PC connected to the machine via Ethernet or modem. SAWfactory, our WEB application, allows remote access to the machine from anywhere, work monitoring and access to statistics and reports regarding machine status.
