CORMAK MB150 surface planer is a compact yet solid machine designed for precise levelling of wooden workpiece surfaces. Its main purpose is to give machined materials a perfectly flat surface ready for further processing stages. Construction and technology

CORMAK MB150 planer is built around a cast-iron body that provides high durability and resistance to deformation. Working components such as the Ø62mm planer cutterblock are equipped with three replaceable knives measuring 170 x 15 x 3mm. This helps maintain high cutting accuracy and makes tool maintenance easy. The adjustable tilting fence enables the material to be positioned at an angle of up to 45°, allowing a wider range of applications in everyday woodworking.

Precision and operating efficiency

The machine is powered by an S1 1.1kW / S6 1.5kW motor, with the cutterblock reaching a speed of 4,500rpm. These operating parameters ensure smooth and efficient machining of softwood, hardwood, strips, beams and boards. A maximum working width of 152mm and a planing depth of up to 13mm make the MB150 highly suitable for precise preparation work before further material processing.
