Construction and Technology

The HBS450N model is built around a stable steel frame and a heavy, vibration-damping cast iron table that effectively absorbs vibrations. The bandsaw is equipped with 480mm diameter drive wheels, ensuring smooth blade guidance and a long service life for its components. In addition, the dust extraction system with a 2×100mm extraction port helps maintain a clean working environment, which is important when cutting wood or plastics.

The machine is driven by a three-phase motor rated at 2.2kW (S1), with the capability of temporarily increasing power to 3.1kW (S6). The pulley system enables smooth switching between speeds according to the material type and operating requirements.
