DCV4500 VIBER is a modern industrial dust extractor designed for continuous, efficient and quiet operation in demanding woodworking conditions. The unit maintains stable suction performance throughout the entire operating cycle, minimising efficiency losses and technological downtime.

Design and technology

The machine is built on a reinforced, hardened steel structure. Its compact dimensions allow installation near a wall or between machines without limiting workspace. Metal chip containers with built-in inspection windows and a mobile base enable quick emptying and fill-level control. Service doors facilitate easy maintenance and filter bag replacement.

Precision and performance

The chip extraction fan in the DCV4500 VIBER ensures a suction speed of 28–32 m/s. Thanks to the special geometry of the impeller blades, the system achieves maximum efficiency with minimal energy consumption. At the same time, 5-micron filtration effectively captures fine dust particles, improving workplace air quality and ensuring better finishing results on processed materials.

Applications

DCV4500 VIBER is an advanced central extraction system ideal for woodworking, furniture and component manufacturing plants. It efficiently serves grinders, saws, edgebanders and other machines that generate high amounts of dust and chips.
