Machine description:

Large, steel, electro-welded double structure that prevents vibrations, jams and slowdowns during the cutting process.

10-inch touch screen with CNC system provides access to an extensive library of over 1200 materials with automatic, programmed cutting parameters. The system allows you to save up to 99 programs. The intuitive interface has been designed to be simple and user-friendly, allowing access to all machine functions in a few clicks.

Brushless motor with recirculating ball screw for state-of-the-art software with the highest precision and accuracy.

The feeder has an integrated 550 mm wide roller table that provides the best support for the material during cutting. The feed movement is provided by a brushless motor with a rack and pinion.

The XT series machines are equipped with a unique hydraulic system that allows the material to be locked in front of and behind the blade. All 4 vices operate independently, reducing friction and allowing loading of imperfectly straight bars.

The user can choose between two jaw configurations:

A: 4 jaws that lock the material in front of and behind the blade (recommended for working with hard materials such as carbide), which provides greater stability and better grip during cutting. Minimum gripping area: Ø 60 mm.

B: 2 material locking jaws on one side of the blade, allowing the feeder to guide the material closer to the cutting zone, resulting in a minimum length of only 30 mm.

Low energy consumption of the hydraulic unit, which only starts when needed.

Automatic test cut – the first cut is made with high precision using settings on the touchscreen, saving time and material. (Optional)

Possibility to connect the machine to the company network to streamline workflows and management, transforming the machine into an "Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)" device. SAWFACTORY is dedicated software that allows you to create and modify cutting programs from your computer or tablet/smartphone. SAWFACTORY is a web application that gives the user access from any device to machine parameters, alarms, production and work data and allows them to be downloaded.
