Machine description:

 Rigid, one-piece vertical design with a two-column frame and electro-welded saw frame construction that reduces vibration, jamming and slowdown during cutting, increasing precision and accuracy.

All moving parts are protected by safety guards that protect the operator during operation. The covers do not restrict access to internal parts for maintenance.

The innovative 7-inch touch screen offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface that allows the creation of up to 99 cutting programs with 30 cutting lines each, with different quantities and lengths.

The touch screen is mounted on a mobile platform, so the user can choose its position for better operating comfort, having full control over the operation of the machine throughout the process.

The saw arm moves thanks to a hydraulic actuator and recirculating ball screws with linear guides with an inclination angle of 30°, which allows the blade size to be reduced to make the machine as compact as possible without affecting rigidity, stability and precision.

The feeder is integrated and moves thanks to a recirculating ball screw with an electric motor controlled by a frequency converter with a gantry design that secures the movement material and ensures high precision. The feeder is mounted on a floating plate that allows even imperfectly straight bars to be loaded.

The machine has two vices, both hydraulically driven, with full stroke: they lock the material like a "fork" in front of and behind the blade.
