IMET KTECH 502 F2000 Band Saw

Machine description:

4 controlled axes (feeder, arm rotation, vice clamp and lateral movement) controlled by CNC system and 10" touch screen.

The machine controller provides full management of all parameters - the user can set up to 99 cutting programs and 30 cutting lines, each with different quantities, lengths and angles.

KTECH ensures the highest precision of positioning and cutting thanks to automatic control of the cutting position using an encoder and automatic correction of the cutting length using a sensor.

The cutting angle is measured on the outside of the angle, not in the center of the machine, which ensures maximum accuracy and precision.

Automatic detection of the first and end cutting point thanks to a mechanical detection system with the addition of a microswitch for better accuracy.

The feeder has a single stroke of 2000 mm (optionally 3000 mm and 6000 mm) with brush motor, integrated roller table and 250 mm final reach.

To ensure better material penetration and optimize the cutting process (saving saw blade life, reducing stress and improving cutting times), KTECH is equipped with a 6° inclined saw blade and high band tension (2000 kg/cm²).

Wide work table rotates together with the saw arm to avoid cuts and material damage. Large support surface both before and after cutting.

Optionally available arm descent realized by ball screw and servo motor, which allows access to automatic parameter settings and internal material library. This option also allows controlled movement of the band guide and control of the unloading device.

Possibility to connect the machine to the company network to improve the internal workflow - transforming the machine into a professional work tool compliant with Industry 4.0.

SAWprogram is a dedicated software to create and edit cutting programs on a computer and send them directly to the cutting machine.

SAWfactory is a web application that allows the user to access the machine's operating parameters, download production data and review the machine's operation from any device (PC, tablet, smartphone).
