The CUBO 350 NC BOX model is a modern band saw that ensures user safety by protecting all 4 sides with specially designed metal guards covering the moving parts. The protection system also allows easy maintenance.

• The innovative and easy-to-use 7-inch touch screen with an intuitive interface allows control of all machine settings. Up to 99 cutting programs and 10 different cutting lengths can be saved on the same bar.

• The CNC control provides access to all operating functions: automatic calculation of blade thickness, number of stroke repetitions, blade speed and lowering speed. The interface also allows you to display the CUBO status, detect faults and perform self-diagnosis.

• Integrated feeder for automatic cutting repetition. The feeder moves on a hardened and chrome-plated bar; high precision thanks to ball feed with self-locking motor mounted on a floating plate - this facilitates cutting irregular bars.

• Saw frame made of cast iron, construction with a tube shows high resistance to deformation and ensures better cutting performance on any material. The bow is equipped with a hardened endless screw and a high-resistance bronze crown.

• Material detection device allows quick approach of the blade to the material, automatically detecting the first contact. Final cutting is managed by a microswitch on the movable blade guide, ensuring perfect blade positioning thanks to hard pads and additional bearings.

• IMET automatic machines can be connected to the company network and used remotely thanks to SAWFACTORY software and modem. SAWFACTORY is dedicated software for managing the cutting process from the desk - allows you to set programs and monitor work thanks to the web application. The software also allows for remote assistance from technicians.
